Cinnamon Facial Scrub

Cinnamon Scrub gently exfoliates the skin removing dead cells leaving your complexion smoother and clearer. A combination of finely ground and polished nutshells and cinnamon blended with honey and oatmeal. Gently massage over your face in a circular motion then rinse. Follow with a fine tuning solution or a floral water and a moisturiser.

Green Tea Purifying Mask

Green tea extract is combined with mineral rich clays, essential oils of geranium, lavender and juniper berry and herbal extracts of nettle and yarrow to purify your skin by absorbing excess oil and cleansing impurities. Especially for skins prone to blocked pores and break-outs. Leaves your skin feeling clean, calm and refreshed. Apply to freshly cleansed skin and leave on for 15 minutes. Remove with warm water and a cleansing sponge or cloth. Use once or twice a week to deep cleanse your skin.

Properties
Lavender oil may be used in a vapouriser, massage oil or bath to help relieve insomnia, nervous tension, stress, irritabilty and mild anxiety. Also used for the temporary relief of headaches.
Character
The soothing scent of lavender is harmonising, calming, healing and compassionate. It has been referred to as the 'grandmother' of essential oils - able to care for a multitude of physical and psychological issues.
Skin Care
Lavender oil assists in the treatment of minor skin disorders such as cuts, grazes and minor wounds. The oil gives temporary relief to the symptoms of psoriasis and dermatits.
Precautions
Lavender oil is considered to be non-toxic, non-irritating and non-sensitising. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting a health professional.
